A friend of mine has styles on a Dell but won't share how do i get that cool look on my PC?

I wouldn't recommend WindowBlinds as I have had strange problems with it a long time ago. Style XP isn't that bad, but there is a patch for the 'uxtheme.dll' that allows you to use third-party msstyles themes in XP.
