Help with RBrowserLite, MAC OSX 10

I need help with RBrowserLite. I'm trying to fix this for a client, but I do not know anything about macs. =(

THe problem is that the bottom half of the window seems to be either below the bottom bar, or has just disappeared. I've tried having her change resolution, with the same problem. I've tried having her check all options that I could find. Also tried double clicking the title bar, resizing the windows from the top.

These are all basic Windows tricks, and of course they aren't working here.

I'm not a MAC guy, but I've researched their website, finding nothing.

http://www.rbrowser.com is their site.

Any suggestions would help.

Attached is a screenshot of the problem.

Thanks.

try this; On the FTP window there are three circles;
red yellow green left to right -- the colors may not show UNTIL you mouse over.

click the GREEN circle; the window size will zoom.
in the lower right corner there's diagonal lines; click-hold and drag the corner
upwards to the left to resize the window as needed
