what do you mean?if you are thinking about reinstal windows I tried it.
I bought new main board and new RAM and I must newly instal my XP SP2.

You did do a new install after you installed the motherboard and ram?...you need too. The faultrep.dll it contains functions, which are necessary to create Windows system error reports like memory dumps.. You may have a bad install?
