Dell Dimension 3000

Is a dell dimension 3000 an ATX form motherboard, or a Mini-ATX motherboard? Just wondering, because I want to know what type of motherboard will fit into it's case.

If you run into a Acrylic case that fits a micro atx Please let me know.

Any ATX case should fit a micro-ATX. There's plenty of acrylic ATX cases around. If you're looking for an acrylic micro-ATX case, I've got no suggestions.

I don't understand

On newegg it lists the Motherboard Compatibility.

Why would it just list just Atx and not micro Atx if micro is Compatible?

So your saying my board will fit into this case?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811166032

cause that would be really great!

(By the way I want a mid-tower or full)

Thank you

(there's also standard micro AtX and Flex Atx and mini Atx But there not my concern).

This is where I go "shlt, be more careful with what I say next time".

Okay, if it can support the bigger m/b, there should be no problem fitting a smaller m/b right?

Problem is that the 2 m/b has slightly different hole configurations for you to screw the m/b in.

If you've got no qualms about some modding, you can easily add those. However, if you do....

Most ATX cases comes with mounting holes for most forms of ATX, and just lists them as ATX-compatible. For example:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811112100
Lists only ATX, but if you tell me that case doesn't fit mATX, I'll buy it off you.

The best and easiest thing you can do about this would be to email newegg and ask them if it'll handle an mATX m/b. It should.

All the ATX cases I've seen can handle mATX mobos perfectly fine.
