Programs missing from Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel
For some reason, most of the programs installed on my XP machine have disappeared from the Add/Remove programs in control panel. Any idea why this is and how I can fix the problem?

No and nobody has access to my machine!

The programs are all still on my machine and working fine, its just they have disappeared from add/remove programs.
