I read some other threads and did some scans etc and solved the problem with the search results being redirected when clicked. I still have really slow startup and Outlook keeps taking forever as well to get full loaded - any thoughts ideas?

I ran trendmicro, spy sweeper, hijack this and fixwareout for the scans.
