Sorry to say, but most people will not email you with the answer. That takes away from others learning from the same problem. You will have to check back here to see if someone responds.

I have also moved this to the gaming section. Hopefully you get better results there.

Well maybe try a different name?
Also if you play International Gunz you should play the North American on ijji.com since International is outdated(no quests, clan wars, etc). Plus watch out for hackers in either versions.
