Fx 57

I need some help ocing my FX 57, i am able to get it to 3.0 200x15 with sweet temps, 31ilde 43 load stock cooling. if i up the bus, my temp get a little high. should i oc a different way? i have 2gigs xms 2-3-3-6 pc3200, and my mobo is a asus A8N-sli proactive. i just don't see the performance gains. i got rid of my x2 3800 to get more stable gaming, which i have gotten, however its seems like i might not being Ocing right, which is most likely the problem.... any ideas?

System specs
FX57s don't go much farther than that. They're pretty terrible overclockers. But the only way you could overclock them really is to do what you're already doing, that is, increasing the system bus. No matter how you overclock it, the temperature will go up as clock speed and voltage increase, and will go down as manufacturing process gets smaller.
