Bery is an open source windowmanager for Debian systems like Ubuntu as far as i know, perhaps it's compilable for other linux distributions..

Yes, I know what Beryl is, but Beryls?
No, you most certainly can not run the Beryl eyecandy thing on WIndows. The nearest thing is Vista
