Hello,
i got a ps3 hooked up to a 27 inch insignia tv via monster hdmi cable...
now the problem is that sometimes i get ALOT of static sounds in motorstorm to the point were i turn the sound off. i also get a little in virtua tennis so how can i solve this problem and whats causing it?

Are you using the hdmi audio as well as video, or are you using optical or analog connections instead? If the hdmi audio is giving you problems, you could try using the optical(if your tv supports it), or analog audio, to see if that stops the noise. If you do try this remember to set your ps3 sound settings accordingly, or you'll get no audio. You might try looking in the audio section of the ps3 and see if changing any settings that pertain to your current audio connection fix the problem. Your tv menu may also have some sound settings that could be adjusted.
