Dell Latitude C600 Graphics Card

Is Latitude C600's Graphics card replaceable / upgradeable?
I heard you can add another graphics card with more memory.
I need to replace its existing 8mb video card, wanna play games badly.

You won't see much difference. The C600 was built in 2002.

The eBay unit is the same one as that delivered in the original Latitude. It is good if you have a failed card, but doesn't improve on performance over what is now in the computer.
You can update the drivers for improved performance, however.

oh sorry the item description was confusing. you are right "raybay" it is the same as delivered and may only replace a broken one.
also I think that a C600 does not have the specs for a gaming computer at all.
thx, martin

Thanks, guys. It doesn't matter if it doesn't have gaming specs, cause I just play games that just requires 16Mb, though it has 8Mb. But I still need a 32Mb to play some certain games smoothly...

I assume the one you have is working. There is no known replacement except for repair.

No known upgrade exists for that laptop. It is too old. But good replacements abound if the one you have is defective. It will still be 8 MB.
You will have to buy a more recent laptop with a more "modern" configuration to get 16 MB.
It can be removed and replaced, but it cannot be upgraded to 16 MB.

An upgrade can be made to an internal ZV (zoomed video) card BUT that doesn't work with anything beyond Win 98, even if you could still find one.
