not comfortable with settings

my motherboard is that it is a intel d865perl.
p4 3.2ghz. board.
and that I have vista running fine on there.
and sound card that work seperately and don't forget the capture card that I think it is connected right because I've done so before and maybe its just vista new update software I need or something. thats what I think.
and vista is asking me for a audio controller driver
maybe that is because in my bios I had the audio enable; now I disable it for the onboard audio
still doing the same thing on vista
......vista still asks me for that multimedia controller driver.
what to do????

is there a third party software I can use to fix my sound all in one
with line in line out and such for a capture card on it.

In Device Manager, disable the audio controller that Vista is complaining about.
