I know this has been said in SNGX1275's Guide to making a good post however I really would like to specify on this one thing.

In the past week, I have helped a few people and I have read countless other posts where regulars have helped newcomers in the same way as I have without one ounce of graditude from the people helped.

We do not get paid here, nor do we expect it. As many have said in the past, we do this out of the kindness of our hearts, a little appreciation for helping with a problem that may have cost you money or lots of time would be nice.

So please, if you are helped with a problem or even ask for somthing little as a suggestion, take the time to click the reply button and say a simple thank you to all those that helped you out.

Very well said Jim. It's hard sometimes and to be honest it's a pleasant surprise when it is said. However I have come to deal with it as a plus when it happens, and not an issue if it doesn't.
