AVG Antiroot kit problem.
Hi everyone , when i start avg anti-rootkit ,for a moment it starts up but when i click start scan my computer switches off and restarts , its done it everytime since i installed avg and has never worked, iv un-installed and re-installed but with the same outcome! All other AVG programs are working fine! anyone know how to sort this? thanks john.

Did you disconnect from the internet when you tried to scan?
Also try running it in safemode to see if it restarts then
