Samsung dvd writer (model no. SH-S182F) can not copy any from dvd and on copying a file system get restarted . Operating System is Windows 2000 and Software medium for writing dvd is nero

Your DVD drive might be dead. Have you tried with a new one? They are relatively cheap these days.
