Problem message

I get this message which I do not understand or know how to fix. Have searched and cannot find itl

Message
A required DeVCon 32.DLL cannot be found. Make sure the file is in the right directory.

Can you help?

Do a google search for DevCon32.dll error.
You will be presented with a number of sites that will have fixes available for download free... as well as full explanations.

Reinstall your Soundblaster drivers etc. The DevCon32.dll file is part of the Creative Soundblaster drivers.
