My computer reboots

Hi all,

My computer (AMD XP 2000 with XP SP2) reboots and I get two kind of errors:
Error code 000000c2, parameter1 00000007, parameter2 00000cd4, parameter3 000001df, parameter4 828811f0.

Error code 100000d1, parameter1 000000ac, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 f1e4b226.

Please, find attached two minidumps.

Anybody can help me???

System specs
Both dumps are caused by a Panda AV file. You may have an infection, as the file asc3550i.SYS is coming back as a Trojan. Do a search on your system to see if it belongs to anything. Otherwise go HERE.

Excactly, asc3550i.SYS was a trojan. I've cleaned it with AVG Antispyware.
