My ATI Overdrive says
Quote Help.
An on-chip thermal sensor constantly monitors the temperature of the GPU allowing the maximum clock speed to be maintained while avoiding overheating. If the GPU gets too hot, ATI Overdrive will automatically decrease the clock speed until a safe temperature is reached. ATI Overdrive will never reduce the graphics processor speed below the default clock speed. What do you want to do? Mine is Active browseing here. Currrently 46 C.I can't locate what is acceptable, except that it's being monitored to be safe. I don't know who makes yours and if you have this option. But i'll stay with ATI cards. |
