Rebooted from a bug check. Minidump.

Hi, everyone.
First of all i read the sticky thread on what to try before posting mini dumps etc. I'm fairly new to mini dumps so tried the recommendations to the best of my ability. I tried a memory test and everything appeared fine, also tried a different dimm configuration. I had also checked my drive for errors and have also completed a defrag previously, which took some time for a 500gig hdd!. I'm not sure if this has actually fixed the problem but thought id post to get some feedback and opinions on what people think it may be. I tried reading the mini dump file myself and it seems that theres a lot of audio files coming up with a time stamp unavailable errors. So is it a possibility of having troubles with a particular driver of sorts? The system has rebooted every 2-3 days of uptime sometimes lasting even to 5 days. This is the error i receive in the events log. These 2 happened in a relatively quick time frame about 3:40am and 1:44pm. I use to get a bug check reboot error a while back which was caused by nividia force ware drivers which seemed to have fixed itself with a fresh copy of windows, a format, and an update of everything.

The computer has rebooted from a bug check. The bug check was: 0x100000d1 (0x00000006, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xba732bbe). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini070907-02.dmp.

Sorry if this comes across as me being a nuisance its just that i want to learn and become familiar with mini dumps, which is an area I know very little about.

TM_CFW.SYS is the offending file... It is part of TrendMicro's security.
