System reboots by itself - Error

I have a fairly new home-built system, and it has begun rebooting by itself. When I am in the room and it does it, it has a squeal followed by some other crash-type sounds, then off it goes. No video output, no sound, no keyboard, no nothing, except the power light on the computer stays on, and after a while it will reboot, not instantly, but after about say 30 seconds or so. Then I get the same following message every time.

Problem caused by Device Driver

You received this message because a device driver installed on your computer caused the Windows operating system to stop unexpectedly. This type of error is referred to as a "stop error." A stop error requires you to restart your computer.

From the Event log I get this (not sure if it is the same always or not) ...
Source: System error
Category: (102)
Type: Error
Event ID: 1003

Error code 100000d1, parameter1 80000005, parameter2 0000001c, parameter3 00000008, parameter4 80000005.

I have attached the latest 3 minidumps for your perusal. Please help, as I am about to my wits end here.

Thanks in advance,

System specs
OneTouch could be the problem. See if there's an update available or uninstall for problem isolation.

PROCESS_NAME: OneTouch.exe <-- Both dumps.

Probably caused by : mxopswd.sys ( mxopswd+23c9 ) <-- Maxtor driver.
