has error 0x00000006 and can't communicate with printer. drivers are installed, but when i go to print a page, it doesn't show up in the cue. i've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but to no avail. PLEASE HELP!!!! thank you for looking. but i think it has more to do with the fact that i have vista home premium.
