What is MOM.EXE it comes on every time i get to my desktop. When first turning the PC on.

It says 'The application falied to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application

do u have Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 installed

As dustin_ds3000 quite rightly says, install the Microsoft .Net Framework Version 2.0, should solve your problem.
