LCD Mirror Image, Hardware Modification

Is it possible to perform a hardware modification on a LCD screen such that the image will be mirrored?
This is for a teleprompter application, the signal is VGA and for my setup cannot be done with software.

i don't think its possible on LCD screen.
what i know is that video card might support "rotation" on 90, 180 and 270 degrees.

for mirroring, i've done it on LCD projector. not on LCD screen however...

It is possible to do it with some software modifications, but not with hardware.
