Converting .tif to .jpeg

Would anyone know how to change a .tif file to .jpeg? I have scanned drawings into Microsoft imaging and I need them to be saved as jpeg. so I may upload them. Thank you in advance for your help.

Instead of bothering with $25 software, use any of the free ones.

Even MS Paint opens TIFF and lets you save as JPEG. If you need to batch convert, use more advanced (and free) tools like IrfanView or PhotoFiltre
