Problem with Stronghold 2

I just purchased this game for my son. Disc 1 downloads fine ( appears to anyway ) but when we put disc 2 in we get this message:

" Please remove disc from current CD/DVD drive and insert the original Stronghold disc 2 in drive ?:. "

The computer is a new emachine and we installed a GEForce 7300 lE graphics card. No problem with other games and all of those are newer.

Sorry for the confusion. I should have written trouble installing. The game was purchased from Walmart in a sealed package.

We got it to work on our older computer. I guess the game didn't like Vista.
