Your plug-ins are incorrect. The ear shattering buzzing sound is feedback from something plugged into the wrong socket.

As for the drivers, you can use the free Belarc Advisor, or Everest Home to produce a list of working components, then go to the manufacturer of the main chip, or the manufacturer of the motherboard, or the manufacturer of the sound card, or the manufacturer of the computer and download wht they have for your motherboard model, sound chip, or computer model.
Remove or disable the old drivers, if any, then follow the driver installations exactly to install working drivers where they need to go.

Wellcome to techspot bandit690 , I hope you enjoy your time with us here.

*Did you or anybuddy opened that pc , to do something or anthing?

*if you didnt , then the OS you installed , aparently attempted to
install the drivers for your sound card , automaticly. There is also a
possibility that the .inf files are not the ones compatible with your card.

Please send us more info about what happened exatly.
plus , if you can , send us names and models of your mobo
and sound card so that we can track down a site that
contains your drivers , or any other posible solution.
