To Be Concerned or Not

Windows update is giving me an error of "80070002". I have tried all there fixes with no luck, Windows Help, KB & Windows Support Center. It appears to be some kind of block or hick-up preventing updates. Any thoughts, fixes or similiar happenings.

What do these "all there fixes" include?

What does %windir%\WindowsUpdate.log say?

Have you tried deleting everything in Windows Update's cache directory (%windir%\SoftwareDistribution) ?

If Windows nags that the files are in use, stop the Windows Update service (or Automatic Updates as it's called in XP), or boot to safe mode.
