USB wireless adapter in opensuse

Hi,

I have recently installed opensuse 10.3 on my computer. I have usb wireless adapter to catch wireless internet. But it is not recognized in the linux os. I got this usb adapter from ebay and it is from a very small manufacturer. There is no support of linux. It is: I-O DATA WN-G54-YBB

In windows it works by automatically installs drivers which are within this adapter. Is there is a way to make it working in opensuse 10.3 Thanks!

You have to figure out which wireless chip the device uses. It is probably something from a major chip maker like Broadcom or Realtek or whatever.

Google for getting that chip to work with Linux over USB. (You probably have to set up something called NDISwrapper)
