Hi people, dear rustam_ please help me !

I have a Dell Laptop Latitude C640, Service Tag: 53TYKOJ
Express Service Code: 111-156-313-15

I turn it in and get this Message:

This Computer system #53TYK0J-595B, is protected by a passwors authentication system.You cannot access the data on this computer without the correct password.

Please type in the primary or administrator password and press <Enter>.

I dont know this password!

Please could some one give me some Information how get rid of this or maybe
has another Idea!

I also have a c640 which needs a password, and it appears to me that with a properly designed jumper wire assembly terminals 3 and 6 of the 24c04 chip can be accessed from the ram cover opening without further disassembly. They appear to be the third pair in. the picture I have from the "dellpass manual" is confusing, as the orientation of the enlarged view of the chip appears to be upside down as compared to the view which locates it. Can anyone who has done it confirm this?
