ccleaner missing shared dll - is it safe to delete?

ccleaner missing shared dll - is it safe to delete?

is this C:\WINDOWS\System32\npkcx.ocx safe to delete? ccleaner found it as a registry problem.

If you don't sure, don't delete this. It's easy

System specs
never had issues. But generally you want to keep dlls. But back up your registry if you want to test.
