Ubuntu Gutsy on RAID

I've been using Ubuntu since Edgy & really like it.

Recently I've set up XP on RAID0, {I need it for work } and wanted to install Gutsy on an 80Gb Partition I created.

Is it easy to set up Raid? Should I just whack Ubuntu on another HDD?

If you have fakeraid or hardware RAID and Ubuntu supports your controller, then it should just detect the array and there is nothing that you have to set up.

If you set up XP with software RAID, then just forget about putting Ubuntu on that array and pray that you can actually make it boot without trashing anything.
