$1000 for a processor though.. that is a lot of cash.
 
The ASUS site says the P5N32-E SLI (I'm not sure that's the board you're talking about no Plus in the name) will support "Intel® next generation 45nm Multi-core CPU" and FSB of 1333 so as long as the socket style and the power requirements do not change then yes the board should support the processor.
