In my book, I equate cars to women and guitars. Just to many out there I'd like to play with!

You can't compare the three. I would get a Porsche because they are more reliable in auto part resources and they have a dealer network. The Ferrari makes a visual statement that is way louder than a Porsche.Ferrari seem to be all about the looks, but a Porsche is a drivers' car, also they are half the price and more reliable. It is also the leader in turbo technology.

But i don't think they put the passion in making a Porshe, i mean the looks are made by someone who is lazy and the engine is in the wrong place. I dont think they try that much. The carrera gt is the only one in which they tried to make a masterpiece, they used a v10 engine designed for racing and most of the stuff are made from carbon fibre for a light fast car. The looks are also quite nice. What do you say about lamborghini, like the murcielago.

I feel quite out of place being the only one to chose option 4.

I just can't stand the body styles, or the fact that they are so friggin expensive, and are not at all fuell efficient. I understand they are meant for performance, etc. but you'd think that with all the money they have they'd be the leader in that department. The only company that I have seen put effort into stuff like electric cars has been Daimler.

Look at these statistics:

Ferrari 612 Scaglietti
http://www.fueleconomy.gov/***/bymod...aglietti.shtml

Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano
http://www.fueleconomy.gov/***/bymod..._Fiorano.shtml

Porsche on the other hand is doing better with an average of 20mpg from what I can see, and thats not great either.

Then comes the Lambos, which have about 10 miles per gallon city, and 17 or so highway.

That is why I don't like any of them. My opinion, and as stated many times before, they are like ***holes, everyone has one.

Well.......

Just a nod to the Bugatti "Veyron".

Ferrari and especially Lamborghini have the looks. Porsche, not so much.

If you can afford a $300,000 car, gas isn't a problem.

IMHO, It's actually closer to; "opinions and a*******s, everybody has one! Or possibly; "opinions are like a******s, everybody has one"!

I understand it may not be your quote, but you gave no attribution.

Now don't get mad, it's just me striving for accuracy. "IMHO" says me, ya gotta love the irony there.

I drive my 750 Nighthawk all year, it gets 40 MPG in the city, and 50+ on the highway, so these people with the hummers and such are basically stealing gas out of my tank with their wastefullness.

This thread is not which best fuel economy car you would buy,it's which of the 3 performance cars and if i had the money i would buy them all.I will also get a 730d and 330d as my everyday cars, the other cars are for track days.

Err, sorry, that was me, and I was trying to simply say that it was my opinion, and opinions are like ***holes, everybody has one.

I know it wasn't based on fuel economy, but it was based on which one you'd buy AND gave an option for none, that they all "suck", basically. That is what I chose and I gave my reasons.

What are you talking about? I was quoting someone else from this thread.

I guess that's the irony..

"assumptions and assholes, everybody has one"

Should I have capitalized?

Back to topic, (sort of)!
You can have your Porsches, Ferraris, Lamborghinis and even your Bugatti "Veyron", but nothing compares to to thrill of knowing you own the car that just screams out, "I have paranoid delusions of grandeur, so what", a Pearl White Cadillac Escalade.
Leased of course, not purchased.

Oh, I didn't know it was necessary to attribute a source when the quote was visually directly above it.

I keep forgetting this isn't an internet forum, rather an MLA styled class room.

I'll make sure I work harder in school..but just for you; it seems I'm falling off these day's.
