How can I tell the Temperature of my CPU, Mobo, and GPU?

I have downloaded and installed EVEREST Home Edition but when I go to Computer then Sensor it only shows the temperature of my HDD.

It says Seagate ST380021A 42 °C (108 °F)

I was just at the Lavalys (Everest) website. I noticed that their temperature outputs are limited. Try Everest Pro for a thirty day trial. It has a complete layout of all temps that will remain in your task bar when you minimize the program. Another thing is that some motherboards have limited output regarding various temps.

I downloaded the EVEREST Ultimate Edition 4.20 Trail Version and went to Computer then Sensor and it shows the same thing but

it says Seagate ST380021A [ TRIAL VERSION ]

I would really like to figure out my computer temperatures because I want to try overclocking.

Everest Home can read cpu, mobo etc. Whatever sensors there are it can basically read. So therefore, I think that you may have a broken mobo or cpu sensor.

Do you have an asus ?

You should include board name in post,so now i have to hope you"d
have an asus.
If its asus, install asus probe from the asus cd or download it,
It's only for asus boards,so check any others for testing software.
Use 3rd party as a last resort.
But these readings are in the bios,Hardware Monitor.
But i know of no GPU temp reader.
