Windows XP PRO blue screen

Hello everybody...

Please I need really your help as i'm desperate with this proplem.
I'm getting 4-5 times a day a blue screen on my laptop.
I have checked my rams and there was no errors comming up on memmtest+.
i have checked the harddick again no problems .
what else should i do?
On the blue screen it says PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
As i understand this has to do with memmory.
this also happens a lot when i shutdown windows .

My computer is:
Pentium dual core @1.86
2Gb Ram kingstone
HDD 80Gb
Nvidia Geforce Go 7600

Pls any help is welcome
thank you very much in advance
sven

Ps: I've put 3 of my minidump files if it helps

Your first two minidumps state the cause of your crashs is due to Memory Corruption. I know you ran MemTest but for how long? The minimum recommendation is 7 passes but I hold to a minimum of 10 passes as do many others.

MemTest is a great tool but it is not perfect. I strongly suggest running MemTest on each stick of RAM individually.

Your third minidump points to PavProc.sys which is a driver for Panda security. However, I would start first with more memory testing.

I think Panda is the problem. Your bugchecks are the same as the link below. Upgrading to Panda 2008 solved the problem.
