Problem with flash player
my dad has a problem with flash player. it won't downlaod on his computer nor his laptop. his wife uses it for view clip that people have sent her via facebook and for some reason it dosen't appear to work.
how can they sort this outso they can accsess whatever it is they where doing |

It's possible the flash player is already on the system but not enabled. You give no system information for the computer or browser, but I will "assume" Windows XP, IE:
Open IE> tools> Manage Add-ons>>there are two sections here: 1. Add-ons currently loaded and 2. Add-ons previously used> change the dialog box by clicking on the small arrow point to the right of it> look in each section until you find "shockwave flash object"> click to highlight> click on Enable> Apply> OK. I hope this works for you. This is a common thing-flash player on but not enabled. |
