Too many restarts, no blue screen, event 1001, event 57

Hi ! i've had had too many restarts in past 2 days. No blue screen, just ClicK!
Seems that there is no pattern, or I can't recognize it. Restart appeared during playing PES 2008, Call of Duty4, playing movie even when nothing is on - just p2p. I have c2duo 6300, gigabyte ds3, 2Gb Corsair ram 667, 320Gb HD, MSI 7900GT. I've included zip file with some of the minidump masages created by some error in my computer. Can anyone tell me what seems to be the problem?
THNX

System specs
The problem looks to be with Netlimiter. See if you can update it.

Probably caused by : nltdi.sys ( nltdi+9168 )
