Building New Gaming PC

ok guys see if you can assist me,

I just purchased an EVGA 8800 GT earlier today and am almost sure im going to purchase the Q6600 CPU to go along with it.

Could you please assist me in telling me what kind of Motherboard, RAM, Power Supply, Case, and OS to run this system good for gaming.

I'm willing to spend around $1000-1200 total.
