Dell D620 new motherboard now no wireless

After having had the motherboard replaced on the D620 my fatherinlaw can now, no longer connect to his wireless.

All settings seem to be different from the details he has noted from the initial installation of the system.

I cannot check/change settings due to an invalid password.

Help!

So the first thing you will need to do is remember the password... or remove it

This can be accomplished by removing both Main battery and the CMOS battery inside - side area of the battery slot.
