I have one Acer TravelMate 4002wlmi battery works fine 1:30h but battery only charge whit laptop on iff i shut off dont charge

Any one now what cna i do whit this?

The power settings in the Control Panel may be corrupt. Or the internal charging circuits may be damaged

Some Acer laptops have the facility of managing more than one battery so you should check that this is set correctly in both the control panel and the BIOS if present.

Some acer laptops have options to manage more than one battery - maybe tmagic650 is on the right track with control panel settings but check also laptop's own power management in the BIOS.
