Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Delete all files in AVG Antispyware quarantine.

Go to add remove programmes in your control panel and uninstall anything to do with(if there).

Viewpoint
viewpoint toolbar
viewpoint manager
WinSecureAv

Close control panel.

Click start/run and type services.msc into the run box and press the enter key.

When the window appears, maximise it. Double click on the following services(if there) and select stop if they are running. Set the startup type to disabled. Click apply/ok for each service you disable.

Viewpoint Manager Service

Close the services window.

Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the code box below into it:
NOTE* make sure to only highlight and copy what is inside the quote box nothing out side of it.
Also ..

Pay particular attention to this :-

Make sure the word File:: is on the first line of the text file you save (no blank line above it, & no space in front of it)
Code:

Quote:
File::
C:\Program Files\WindowsXP-KB824146-x86-ENU.exe
Folder::
C:\Program Files\Viewpoint
C:\VundoFix Backups
C:\Program Files\WinSecureAv
C:\Documents and Settings\Molly\Application Data\WinSecureAv

Save this as CFScript.txt

Then drag the CFScript.txt into ComboFix.exe as you see in the screenshot below.

This will start ComboFix again. After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply together with a fresh HJT log.

Regards Howard

Run HJT with no other programmes open(except notepad). Click the scan button. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {62999427-33FC-4baf-9C9C-BCE6BD127F08} - (no file)

O16 - DPF: {0612502E-29F8-11D6-BC3C-00C0F0167E34} (CRS Inc. Data Object) - http://www.crsdata.net/CRSDataObject/CRSNInfo.cab

O16 - DPF: {A78856A6-334B-43AF-96F5-58574005910D} (CEinstaller Object) - http://v.s0.gc.sj.ipixmedia.com/code/Einstaller.cab

O16 - DPF: {E473A65C-8087-49A3-AFFD-C5BC4A10669B} (Quantum Streaming IE Player Class) - http://mvnet.xlontech.net/qm/abc/060...ie06071909.cab

O16 - DPF: {F7A05BAC-9778-410A-9CDE-BFBD4D5D2B7F} (iPIX Media Send Class) - http://216.249.24.149/code/iPIX-ImageWell-ipix.cab

Click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT and reboot your system.

Delete the following folder.

C:qoobox

Turn off system restore.(XP/ME only) See how HERE.

Now, turn system restore back on. This will have deleted all your old restore points and any nasties that are in them. It will also have created a new, clean restore point.

If you have any further virus/spyware problems, please post in this thread.
