Toshiba Satellite M30 battery LED is always on
Hi
I wonder if anyone can help me? For some reason the battery power LED on my Toshiba Satellite M30 notebook stays on (and blue) when the battery is charged, even when the notebook is switched off and the power adaptor is unplugged from the back. Any idea why this is and how I might be able to fix it please? Thanks Eric Savory |

Your battery may be bad, or the charging circuits inside the laptop may be damaged. Try another battery first

Lap top battery LED
Thanks for taking the trouble to reply. The lap top battery seems to work OK and it holds its charge very well. Changing it is one of the options but I'll do that as a last resort. Something in the external circuitry would seem to be the likely culprit.
