At startup I get a black screen with a window and chinese characters in it

you've posted 166 posts here and you have provided no computer specs at all. Don't you think that it is time to do this?

Nice reply thanks. Any way if anyone has this problem to fix it all you have to do is delete the user accounts and recreate them
