If anyone can help I'll be forever in your debt.
I've had a look around the other threads and nobody seems to have a clear answer on how to get around the grey screen which is stopping me from loading up my laptop. It asks for the system/admin password which I don't have as I bought this from an auction in work. If anybody can help me to crack this I will be very happy! I'm posting this so that I can PM!
