I cannot get my ifp-890 mp3 player to work with vista? The iriver music manager will not recognize the device and it doesn't show up anywhere. I need to update it to a ums driver v1.95 but can't load it on, since nothing with recognize it. Now it's v1.75. Any help would be great. thanks

Vista wouldn't recognize my H10 when i just plugged it in normally, the only way i could get it to show up was to plug it in then boot it in emergency conncection mode where it just shows up as removable storage, but even then it was dodgey,

try booting it in emergency mode, then just drag n drop your music or whatever
