What is the best way to clean out your PC?

hi,
Can anyone reccomend any good ways to clean out a lot of dust from a pc, is it COMPLITELY safe to use a hoover, as i have just used a paintbrush in the past!

does anybody have any better ways?

Can of compressed air,
battery powered handheld vacuum cleaner,
artists small soft bristle brushes.

I use a narrow paint brush to dislodge all larger chunks, then use a Eureka Mity-Mite vacuum to clean the mess up afterwards. After that, I use a small air compressor (bought specifically for my PC) and get the hard to reach places (inside the PSU, GPU Heatsink, and CPU Heatsink) and then I vacuum and Im finished.
