Switching between Internet and Intranet in IE7

So a long time ago when IE7 first came out I was at work and cruising to our local intranet when a pop-up came up and asked if from now on I wanted Websites in different security zones to open up in a new window. I wasn't thinking at the time and said yes. Now I want to change it back so that everytime I switch between say google and my intranet I don't have to deal with a new window. Does anyone know how to turn that option off? I can't find a way to do it anywhere. Thanks.

I am not real sure of your question here, but as I am reading it, you want to remove a site in the Intranet and change it back to the Internet. Is that correct>

Open Internet Options> Security tab> Intranet> Sites> Advanced button> type the URL for the site> Remove.

Thanks, I'll see if it works in just a little bit.
