Dell Latitude 131L, what is it based on?
I have been looking around the web for information on it,
and have found suggestions by review sites that it is based on the D520 and that it is based on the Inspiron 1501. Im trying to find the parent patform so that I can investigate the possibility of bios password eprom shorting. Im aware that topic is covered elsewhere so I am not looking for advice on that issue here, only the motherboard of the Laptop it is based on. But I have not found anything certain... Can anybody shed any light or throw me any advice on this, Many thanks in advance O |

Get the numbers off the current motherboard, and post them in a Gurgle search. That will usually give you access to sites that can tell you.
