Blue screen of death problem

Hi, i just bought a aspire 4520 with 2gb ram and window xp. It run smoothly at every games and software, but whenever i play warcraft3:frozen throne (more specifically dota) i will run into the blue screen of death(BSOD). It says something about memory dump and just restarted. Please, anyone help me out. I also attched the minidump files to provide more information. Note:no other games or software encounter the BSOD.

ps> what is a memory leak?

System specs
This BSOD is coming from RTKHDAUD.sys, a realtek hi-def audio driver. Try updating this driver from the realtek site or reload the driver you have

another problem strikes again

i updated ny vga and sound driver and it run smoothly. But after 3-4 hours of gaming, the bsod strikes again, saying something about beginning dump of physical memory and restarted. So, is my laptop overheated or what?
