For a while now, I am unable to switch between input languages in my Vista. Language bar is also not visible, even when all buttons in text services are checked.
One interesting thing is, that when I try to run a program that requires admin rights, and the "full control" screen pops up, I can see the language bar floating on the desktop, although I'm still unable to switch the input languages.
Is there anyone who has already solved this mystery?
